This not only reduces the frequency and cost of lifting equipment maintenance, but also improves work efficiency.

The hydraulic lifting device for the rolling mill adopts remote control, mainly composed of two clamping arms, a pressing arm, and supporting electrical and hydraulic equipment. The function of the clamping arm is to clamp and lift the rolling mill, and the pressing arm is used to prevent the rolling mill from shaking up and down during the lifting process, ensuring balance during the lifting process of the rolling mill. To avoid direct contact between the pressing arm and the box on both sides of the rolling mill, two horizontal nylon shafts are installed below each pressing arm. Due to the cylindrical shape of the nylon shaft, when the pressing arm is pressed down, the nylon shaft has a linear contact with the rolling bearing housing, resulting in a small contact area. After long-term use, the nylon shaft is prone to deformation and cracking, and needs to be replaced every three months. Each lifting device needs to replace the nylon shaft four times a year, with a cost of over 6000 yuan. There are six hydraulic lifting devices in the factory, and the annual cost of replacing the nylon shaft is about 40000 yuan.
